Using Diva Sherlock

Diva Sherlock is a fictional entertainment product published by APPNOX LTD. You may use the website and app for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, extract private service credentials, resell access or present game material as evidence about a real person.

Fiction and player responsibility

Names, messages, places and events inside the cases are invented. The game is not legal, investigative or relationship advice and is not authorization to access another person’s device or account.

Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed by Apple and governed by the price, trial and renewal terms displayed in the App Store purchase sheet. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the Apple Account settings within Apple’s stated period. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Licence and availability

The iOS app is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Features, case availability and service integrations may change where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility or product operation.

Liability and governing terms

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. The applicable law and forum follow APPNOX LTD’s legal obligations and any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
