Diva Sherlock support

Tell us where the evidence chain broke.

Most purchase and subscription issues can be solved without sharing sensitive information. Start below, then contact the studio if the problem remains.

Restore a purchase

Open Diva Sherlock, enter the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple—not the game—handles the payment record.

Cancel or manage a subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account name, choose Subscriptions, then select Diva Sherlock. The app cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

A case or entitlement is missing

Confirm the device is online, reopen the app, then use Restore Purchases. If access is still missing, send us the app version and a screenshot of the error—never send an Apple Account password or payment-card number.

Progress or hints

Wrong answers do not cost currency. Each question has three progressive hints. If local progress disappears after deleting the app, tell us the device model, iOS version and case number.

Privacy or data deletion

Email us with ‘Diva Sherlock privacy’ in the subject. Do not include the fictional phone’s story content as if it were personal data; it is authored game material.

Accessibility

Report the screen, text size, VoiceOver focus order, contrast or motion problem and we will reproduce it. Accessibility issues are handled as product defects.
