Who controls the data

Diva Sherlock is operated by APPNOX LTD. Privacy or deletion requests can be sent to info@appnox.co.uk. Include ‘Diva Sherlock privacy’ in the subject so the request reaches the right product record.

The website

The site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process network and security data needed to deliver and protect the service. We use aggregate web analytics and a first-party App Store click event to understand which page or campaign leads to an outbound App Store visit. The click event records campaign, placement, page path, language, broad iOS/other device class and time; our event code does not store message contents or a raw advertising identifier.

  • No account is required to use the website or Evidence Lab.
  • The website does not read your phone's contacts, messages, photos or precise location.
  • External App Store and source links are governed by the destination's privacy policy.

The iOS app

The app uses an anonymous Firebase account for product operation, Firebase Analytics and Remote Config, RevenueCat for subscription status and purchases, and attribution services including AdBack and Appstack. Depending on consent, platform availability and enabled campaign features, these services may process an app user identifier, device identifier, product interaction, purchase history, coarse location and attribution data for analytics and developer advertising. Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt controls permission for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.

  • Game content is fictional and does not require importing your personal messages, contacts or photos.
  • Apple processes App Store purchases; RevenueCat receives purchase and entitlement records needed to provide paid access.
  • Denying tracking permission does not remove core case-play access.

Retention, choices and deletion

Local progress may remain on the device until the app or its data is removed. Service providers retain operational records under their own retention controls and our configurations. You can reset the iOS advertising identifier controls in system settings, manage subscriptions through Apple and request deletion or access by emailing us. We may retain limited records when law, fraud prevention or financial reconciliation requires it.

Children and changes

The service is not designed to collect information from children outside the age and consent rules applied by Apple and local law. We may update this notice when providers, app features or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
